To  empower  war - widows and the differently-abled through self - employment and  training.

General Information

Aahwan was established in Oct 2005. This initiative has helped provide our families to live a life of pride and dignity.

ORGANISATION

Aahwan works under the direction and control of the Central AWWA. The Aaahwan management team carries out the day to day management to include purchases, production, sale and accounting.

The Aahwan team is headed by the Chairperson who is assisted by the coordinator.  The organization of AAHWAN is as under:-

 

 

PRODUCTS.   The following QUALITY products are manufactured  by AAHWAN :-

(a)  Candles.              (b)  Block printing              (c)  Batik
(d)  Stitching               (e)  Hand Painting              (f)  Paper & Craft

 

 

SALE  OUTLETS.   The products produced at AAHWAN are sold at very reasonable
rates at various outlets of Aahwan as shown below:-

  • NEW APPROACH ROAD CONSTRUCTED.
  • NEW LADIES TOILET CONSTRUCTED.
  • NEW WALL PAINTINGS DONE.
  • IMPROVEMENT TO LAWN COMPLETED. 
  • NEW SIGN BOARDS / BANNERS / POSTERS INSTALLED.
  • A NEW GAJEBO HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED.
  • A  NEW MULTI PURPOSE AREA FOR DINING / TRAINING COSNTRUCTED.
  • NEW PERMANENT HUTS FOR DISPLAY OF PRODUCTS DURING EXHIBITON / VISITS CONSTRUCTED IN AAHWAN LAWNS.
  • LANDSCAPING WORKS AROUND AAHWAN COMPLEX IN PROGRESS.
  • NEW LOCAL ARTEFACTS DISPLAY IN LAWNS CREATED.EXTERIOR FACIA OF AAHWAN OFFICE BULDING BEAUTIFIED.
